Head coach of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) Women's Tennis, entering his 13th season in 2026–27. Dave has guided the Athenas to three national titles — 2018, 2022, and 2023 — plus a runner-up finish in 2019, and built winning programs for more than three decades.

268–25 record (.915) over 12 seasons, three NCAA D3 national titles (2018, 2022, 2023) plus a 2019 national runner-up finish, and three ITA Indoor Championships (2020, 2024, 2026).
Compiled a 57–35 record leading the Bears' program.
174–37 record (.825) over 10 seasons, with NCAA D3 national titles in 2004 and 2010, and eight-straight trips to the NCAA final four.
